Bathroom in St Michaels, Kent

For this project, a 1990’s built house in Col Stephens way, Tenterden had the existing bathroom suite and shower removed and a new modern suite fitted. The area around the shower was suffering from water damage due to the original tray being poorly installed. With this in mind a Mira Flight Quadrant tray complete with up stands was installed along with the gyproc walls being replaced with Aquapanel water proof boarding.

The cubicle shower wall was removed to create more light in the room and a Flair chrome surround with sliding doors installed in its place. Mira’s Element mixer shower was installed that has an “Eco” function meaning a 30% reduction in water use if required.

The basin and pedestal was replaced with a modern looking vanity unit fitted with a Nabis Nero mixer tap and funky rotary waste. The bath also had Nabis Nero taps fitted and solid side / end panels for extra strength. A water saving dual flush toilet was installed and complimented with a soft close seat.

New wall and floor tiles in natural colours were fitted along with new chrome down lights, extractor fan and all required bathroom accessories.
